Advertise on Who Is Complaining

People come to Who Is Complaining to count the CFPB complaints about a bank, a lender, a servicer, a credit bureau or a debt collector. Each count sits beside the size of the company.

No page of Who Is Complaining shows an advertisement at the moment, so every placement is open.

Who reads the site

  • Consumers who check a financial company before they open an account, take a loan or answer a collector.
  • Reporters who need a complaint count for a story about a bank or a product.
  • Compliance and customer care teams who compare the complaints about their firm with other firms.

Ask the desk for current visit figures. It can send them for each product, issue or state that interests you.

Where your brand can go

A display unit sits at the top, in the middle or at the bottom of these pages:

  • The home page and the national page of each month.
  • Each product page, such as mortgages or credit reporting, and each issue page.
  • Each state page, and each page for one product in one state.
  • Each company page.

Two page types have a top and a bottom place only: the page for one state in one month, and the findings. The site sells no sponsor line.

How to start

Send a message to hello@whoiscomplaining.com. Name your brand and the products, issues or states that you want. Add the dates of the campaign.

The desk replies in five working days. The reply has the visits for those pages and a price.

What does not change

Each advertisement has a label that says what it is. An advertiser has no influence on a count, a sentence or the order of a list.

No company can pay to change how its page looks. An advertisement on a company page does not change the counts or the size match of that company. The About page says who pays for the site.
